M3 Jr Wednesday Activities

Each Wednesday, drop off begins at 5:45 P.M. at the Preschool Suite entrance. Parents will sign in their children and the kids will be taken to the playground as an early arrival activity. All programing begins at 6:00 PM with an interactive time of Music and Missions that is fun and energetic! Each month our preschool M3 Jr leaders, Donna Winegeart, Janie Wise  and their team do a great job of engaging the kids in "helping others" mission projects and learning how to be worshippers of God through our music time! Pick up from M3 Jr in Room 105 at 7:15 P.M.

It is our desire that our Preschool areas be a safe and loving environment. In order to provide the best care and teaching moments for your children, we ask that you adhere to the following check-in and security procedures.

Babies through Kindergarten

We ask that you please check your child in and out each week by signing your child in and out on our Wednesday night roster. This will ensure that each child goes home with the correct parent/grandparent. Please note, your child will NOT be released to another child. We will only release your child to a parent/guardian or grandparent.

Preschool is an exciting time in a child’s life, where they develop an understanding of who God is and how they play a part in His plan for the world.

Music

The worship leaders of tomorrow are formed and trained today. We believe in training these future worship leaders beginning with our F.I.R.S.T. Preschoolers (4-5 years old). We meet during our regular Wednesday night rotation of activities.  All of our F.I.R.S.T. kids and preschool choirs sing regularly during the worship services and seasonal events.

Missions

In Missions, our preschoolers develop a missions heart as they move from a focus on themselves to a focus on others, provide the building blocks of faith, teach them of God’s love for all people. Preschoolers grow toward God as they become aware that God wants everyone to know of His love.

Through engaging activities, games and stories each week, our Missions time will help move our preschoolers from a focus on self to a focus on others. This builds a lasting foundation that helps them grow into the next generation of Christ followers who will fulfill His Great Commission.

Preschoolers will learn about missions through:

  • Bible thoughts related to missions
  • fun hands-on activities
  • mission stories
  • cultural learning activities
  • sensory activities
  • prayertimes
  • giving offerings
  • helping others
