Light the Night Halloween Outreach

Host homes around Pineville. In order to be a host home, we ask that you fill out the registration form below. We also are encouraging kids/families to reverse trick or treat! See below for details about reverse trick or treating. (We will supply items to kids, the Wednesday night before Halloween.)

Reverse Trick or Treating (register for this resource, so we can ensure we have enough invite/Scripture cards)

1. We will provide 20 verse/invite cards for your family/child to handout as they trick or treat around the neighborhood. This is a non-threatning way for kids to invite others to church and to share Scripture. 

Light the Night Host Home/Location (please register your location, so we can prepare adequately)

The following resources will be provided for your host home:

1. Candy ( you might want to grab more just in case)
2. Verse Cards
3. Church Invite Cards
4. Prayer Request Slips
5. Glow Sticks and tags
6. A Light the Night Host Yard Sign

The following are somethings you may want to consider for hosting: 

1. Have fun/festive lighting and decorations
2. Play some upbeat music
3. Have a friendly greeter at your door/table to hand out items
4. Interact with guests and invite individuals to church
5. Take time to pray with guests if the opportunity arises
